I have been stalking ah I mean following Shona's blog for some time and was always in awe of her talent! I was thrilled to see that she was a fellow Canadian but most of all that Scrap That was a Canadian kit company. So I joined the site to take a look and feel in love... then after a few exchanges with Shona realized this kit could be for me! So earlier this month using Cheri's Let's Scrap Sketch made this layout with my first kit! Then shocked that it was picked for inspiration of the week!!!!

Scrap That Kit- Scrap That September Challenge

The challenge this month  is to create a new layout and “use the title of a song” somewhere on the layout. Goodbye is the title of my song by DefLeppard. Weird title I know but the significance is that the chorus is sung you will never have to say Goodbye.

90% of the stock I used was from the Scrap That Kit. I have to say I am loving loving this kit and only worked with it all weekend! I did add a few flowers and other little odds and ends from my stash but loved loved working with the kids. I said that twice didn't I??? Can you tell I am thrilled!

This was the first time that I used crackle...ah  didn't turn out like I wanted to so I'm going to find the other pictures like these and replace them in the morning. But I had a great time with my Scrap That Kit

Here is a card I made using Sketch Support and papers from my Scrap That Kit. I absolutely love this kit as it is my style or the style I look to achieve. I used Pion Paper, Copic black pen liner and DCWV shimmer paper. 3M Glue and metal stars and Thank you from my stash.
