Happy Thursday my crafty friends. 

I love Fall! It is my favorite season. I love the crisp air, the beautiful colors and my warm sweaters and fuzzy socks! 

The October challenge over at the Creative Embellishments blog is to create a layout inspired by the below picture and the twist is to distress something on your project. Along with using one of their fabulous pieces. 

I love the colors of this photo the orange and brown with the hint of white. 

I picked a few papers from the BoBunny Madeleine Collection. This collection is stunning, so soft & delicate. 

This is a great picture of my sister and the kids taken by Barb Weir Photography. 

I distressed the edges of my paper with my Prima Distressing tool. I also distressed my papers with my Tim Holtz Inks. 

Dreamweaver embossing paste with some gesso to lighten. Color Bloom Spray to color things up.

Last but not least I used these lovely Creative Embellishment pieces. I used part of the Lucky in Love set and Mini Ornate Frames. I heat embossed them and then distressed them a little.

The men in my life

 Today I am sharing a layout created for the Once Upon A Sketch August Challenge. 

The theme was the men in our lives. Well I have three fabulous men in my life. My layout is based on the beautiful sketch by Nadia. I have however, flipped the sketch. This was after a slight oops with the glue gun. 

I love the colors of the BoBunny Somewhere in Time collection

I have some journaling at the front and back of my layout. 

A little of it can be seen at the bottom of my husband's picture. 

I also included some fabulous chipboard pieces from Creative Embellishments. For this layout I used the Retro Square Panel. 

I used some of my Prima Color Bloom sprays, along with Dreamweaver paste, and two beautiful stencils from Memory Box.

Enchanted

Hello my creative friends! 

Today I am sharing a layout I created using a few of my favorite products. BoBunny Enchanted Garden, Prima flowers, Creative Embellishments,  Memory Box Stencil, Joy Craft Clear Stamp Butterflies , Spellbinders D-Lites Outrageous Butterfly and some Dreamweaver Embossing paste. 

This layout is based on Let's Get Sketchy Week 3.
