It’s back! Paper Crafts is proud to announce that its fan favorite Gallery Idol competition is back for season five. Last year after eight fierce weeks of competition, we named Belinda Chang Langner our season four winner. Now we’re ready to induct the next paper crafter extraordinaire! Maybe even you!
Based on Fox’s hit TV show American Idol, our version will have readers submitting themed projects every week in hopes of becoming the grand prize winner. And just like our TV counterpart, online viewers will vote each week with only the best contestants with the best submissions moving forward in the competition to the next round. The best part…the perks! Every time a contestant makes it through to the next round, they will each receive a fabulous prize package! Details on our exclusive sponsors and prizes will come at a later date. I promise…it’s worth the wait!
Will you be our next Gallery Idol?
Good news! Season Five is open to ALL players (yes, even our international friends) and contestants from previous Gallery Idol competitions – except for last year’s grand prize winner. Come back on Monday for all the details (timeline, full rules, gallery URL), including the BIG reveal of the grand prize winner’s prize package. It’s BEYOND HUGE. Seriously. BIGGEST PRIZE EVER.
Ready for today’s giveaway? In honor of summertime and Gallery Idol, let’s throw a party! Leave a comment telling me your favorite thing about summer and I’ll pick one winner to take home American Crafts’ new Margarita collection. (Could this collection be a tease/hint of good things to come from Gallery Idol?) All comments must be received by midnight (MDT) on Sunday, June 5.
One lucky winner will take home this fun 'n the sun collection!
