I am so excited for Cari to come teach at Scrappin Great Deals in April. I took her class last year when she came to Ontario and it was such an amazing experience. See all classes here!
She introduced me to the Forever Green - Spread Your Wings Prima Paper line.
I fell in love with this collection and have been holding on to this paper for almost a year. I loved the beautiful butterflies.
So what got me to use this lovely paper collection that I was holding onto for all this time???? The Scrap Africa mood board #47. My eye was drawn to the beautiful yellow butterfly. I loved the bright vibrant color of the board. The color just popped. Therefore, I decided to use bright flowers, and this picture of my daughter in her beautiful bright dress.
The base of my layout was from this beautiful sketch from Sue Sykes at Canadian Scrapbooker. This is such a fun challenge sketchy challenge.
I love the bright colored flowers that popped out of the corner cluster.
I had the chance to use all those fabulous butterflies from my Prima Paper and of course my favorite chipboard piece from Creative Embellishment. I also love my stamp from Unity Stamps: Jars of Love.
Another close up. Lori would be so proud of all my fussy cutting :)
Have a great day!
